Since extra virgin oil means unprocessed juice of olives ? Or is the pit part of the benefits of extra virgin olive oil that you cant get by eating olives ?

Pits are not in olive oil and I don;t recommend you eat them.
You do get some of the olive oil benefits by eating olives… the biggest benefit of olives over olive oil is the fiber in the olives.
