Anyone know some good low fat dessert recipes?

low fat dessert
Any ideas? I love fruit and low-fat cool whip!

(I’m not fat, just don’t want to become it either.)

I love angel food cake with some berries and a dab of free cool whip! Or Light yoplait (the kind that is 0% fat and only 100 calories) with some fresh fruit and granola, that is really good too!

Try skim milk ricotta cheese with a teaspoon of vanilla topped with some sliced almonds (you can sprinkle Splenda if you wish).
