I have heard of diet coke cake but will it work for brownies?

I made the brownies w/ diet coke and they turned out great, very moist and cakelike…

    There is a recipe for diet coke brownies that uses a cake mix. See

    I would imagine that you could replace the liquid in your brownie recipe with diet coke.

    Oh go ahead and make two batches. Try and see what happens with the experiment. You might stumble on something wonderful. Give the ones that don’t turn out to someone you don’t like.

    it should work the same. Ive never done this before but Ive been cooking as a professional chef for five years and it is basically the same stuff. Hope they turn out :o)
